Being locked down in our homes has been tough on all of us. However, where we have more than just basic necessities at our disposal, our friends in lesser fortunate areas don't have that kind of access. Education has taken a back seat in such time that have been so unprecedented especially for the underprivileged ones.

Teach From Home is an initiative by Teach Your Talent under World Youth Council which aims to support and maintain the learning & education of lesser privileged children who have a basic smartphone accessibility.

With the help of the smartphones, children are given live classes through apps like Google Meet or even WhatsApp. Teach From Home is a volunteer driven movement - volunteers who are our Change Leaders. Each Change Leader teaches a dedicated set of (1-4) children.

Teach From Home has gone a step further with its unique curriculum. Our program does a competence level understanding of children irrespective of their age and the class in which they are studying to ensure maximum learning. Along with that, we focus on teaching pedagogy and worksheets which are friendly for virtual classroom.

The program has become very successful and within 2 months we have gained great momentum. The program is now active in 4 cities impacting 150 children with direct intervention on daily basis with the help of our 100 trained volunteers. We are proud to be able to drive atleast 50% improvement in the competence level and learning ability of all our children.
